Headworx - Maintenance

First a littlestory:  our beloved automobile

"Yes, our beloved car, is very, very important to us. Always tidy it should be, clean and above all reliable. We do not want to imagine how it could end up, as a breakdown in the night, in rain somewhere on a road far outside of a city, or even on the highway .. Yes, something like that should not happen and so we follow each year to the manufacturer's specifications, go to the dealer, trust our loveable car to the skilled staff. Since all but really all is checked and adjusted, oil and filter change, oh very important... the spark plugs. Yes everything, so a maintenance and inspection is not free, but it must be because we do not risk ....... "

Regular maintenance and safety inspection is an important part in the life cycle of an industrial burner system. Today there is no doubt, only regular maintenance is the guarantee that the production goes through in a company without interruption.

In a burner maintenance every burner and safety components (including the installation) are tested for function. The supply to the burner media (gas and air) is checked, if necessary replacing and cleaning filters or other parts. When essential, the burner and its components are exempted from dirt and debris. The adjustments for the diverse needs of production are checked and corrected or maybe are adapted to the changed system or production conditions. Only correct settings provide the lowest emissions and economic energy utilization. Each CO molecule direction chimney is lost energy. If necessary, we replace various parts (eg spark, flame rod, UV cell, burner tube, etc).

Especially we pay great attention to the burner start, ignition and cold start.

At the end of maintenance, all data is recorded in the maintenance log, details of weaknesses and recommendations are listed and discussed with the person in charge. Together, the spare parts inventory is checked, missing parts being proposed for replacement.

Our goal is to work together with you hand in hand, so that production can run through until the next maintenance date without interruptions.
